    Problem with 38-55 brass

I bought Starline 38-55 brass and had a problem. I sized and flared the brass as I always do with new brass. Bullets dropped in when trying to seat. RCBS dies .375 bullets ( 3 types and makers). Contacted Starline they told me there brass is for the older 38-55 which uses larger bullets but should work with .375 bullets. I built a bolt action with a Douglas premium barrel to use in Ohio for deer. Winchester brass works fine so it's there brass and .375 bullets. I fixed my problem by turning a die to size the neck smaller. Just put this out to save others with new guns in .38-55.
